Membership Program
Upon joining our Rock Star loyalty program, you agree that your participation may be subject to change and/or termination as necessary without notice. We shall use reasonable efforts to provide benefits and services in accordance with this agreement and applicable laws.
Gaming Equipment and Services
We are responsible for ensuring the integrity of all gaming equipment used on-site, including slots, tables games, poker room, etc. All such equipment is designed, manufactured, tested, or otherwise provided by reputable suppliers who adhere to recognized standards of quality and safety. We also employ in-house technicians to conduct regular maintenance checks.
Wagering Limits
In order to prevent excessive losses due to reckless wagering, we may impose maximum bet limits for each gaming session on an individual's behalf at our discretion. These limits can be adjusted or removed without notice if necessary under law.
Payouts and Bonuses
We will pay all winnings according to standard payout schedules as posted by management around the premises; however please note that any bonuses offered during special promotions may have certain restrictions associated with them (such as bonus wagering requirements) which you agree to abide by upon acceptance of said promotion terms prior thereto. In no event shall our total liability exceed the value of actual losses incurred up until the point where it occurred or would occur without this limitation clause being invoked; provided, however that nothing in these Terms & Conditions relieves us from fulfilling all other obligations otherwise arising under applicable laws governing contract.
Payment Methods and Currency
Only cash transactions will be accepted for gaming purposes at Elbow River Casino Calgary premises. No third-party payment mechanisms (e.g. money orders), checks or wire transfers shall be honored; nor may any person hold an active account in multiple currencies simultaneously unless explicitly agreed upon separately with us first prior thereto.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of participation in the Rock Star loyalty program and/or termination of gaming services at our discretion can occur without advance notice to you if required by law or circumstances beyond control which could impair normal business operations; provided however that any monies deposited will be returned according your instructions where possible within reasonable timeframes allowed under these Terms & Conditions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event there is disagreement regarding any interpretation of our rules, terms and conditions governing either participation in the Rock Star loyalty program or utilization of our gaming facilities generally then both parties must follow an arbitration process prior to commencing civil proceedings otherwise as stipulated by law wherein we have incorporated relevant Alberta jurisdictional practices respecting dispute resolution processes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed according laws currently effective in Province of Alberta; such exclusive authority is granted without prejudice thereto being limited solely for any purposes where specific conditions exist indicating so under general terms mentioned above or additional ones added prior to execution date hereof only applicable respectively during entire contract duration spanning specified scope covered through these stipulations below:
